Courses and training

Padel courses for children from the age of five and for adults — from complete beginners to tournament preparation. Groups are split by age and level.

  • Technical basics

Grip, forehand and backhand, volleys, the lob and the smash.

  • Court movement

Moving efficiently through the space, footwork and positioning.

  • Tactics

When to attack, when to defend, how to read your opponent and what actually wins points.

  • Playing as a pair

Communication, dividing the court and working as a team.

  • Using the glass

How to turn rebounds off the glass walls to your advantage.

  • Serve and return

Serving technique and returns that put you back in the rally.

Lessons for children

Children and teenagers

We run sessions for children and teenagers of every age group. Each course is matched to age and ability, so children enjoy padel while learning proper technique and tactics.

  • Padel nursery

    Ages 5–8

Sessions built around basic motor skills and coordination. Through games, children learn to hold a racket, aim properly and control the ball. Padel becomes play that teaches teamwork and builds a lasting interest in sport.

  • School age

    Ages 9–13

Children learn the fundamentals of padel — grip, the different strokes (forehand, backhand) and movement on court. The programme also introduces simple tactical situations and competitive matches. They improve, and they start to understand how to approach a game strategically.

  • Secondary school

    Ages 14–16

For children who already have the basics and want to sharpen them. We focus on more advanced technique, tactics and physical preparation. Sessions include match-like situations, and we work on mental resilience and concentration. This is the ideal age to prepare for competitive play.

Lessons for adults

Adults

Whether you're just starting out or already have matches behind you, we have sessions that will move you on. We train in small groups or one to one, always with an eye on technique, tactics and enjoyment.

For anyone starting padel or wanting solid fundamentals. You'll learn the grip, the basic strokes (forehand, backhand, volley, lob), movement on court and how to play the glass. We'll walk you through the rules, the basics and the tactics.

  • Advanced

    With match experience

For players with experience who want to raise their level. We focus on refining technique, footwork, reading the game and advanced tactics.
