How it works

  1. Get in touch

Fill in the form or call us. Tell us the player's age and whether they've played padel or another racket sport before.

  2. We'll arrange a trial session

Try a session with no commitment — we'll lend you a racket and balls. You'll see whether the coach and the group suit you.

  3. We'll place you in a group

We'll put you where you'll get the most out of it, based on age and level. Times are arranged around what works for you.

Lessons for children

Children and teenagers

Course details
  • Ages 5–8

    Padel nursery

Sessions built around basic motor skills and coordination. Through games, children learn to hold a racket, aim properly and control the ball. Padel becomes play that teaches teamwork and builds a lasting interest in sport.

  • Ages 9–13

    School age

Children learn the fundamentals of padel — grip, the different strokes (forehand, backhand) and movement on court. The programme also introduces simple tactical situations and competitive matches. They improve, and they start to understand how to approach a game strategically.

  • Ages 14–16

    Secondary school

For children who already have the basics and want to sharpen them. We focus on more advanced technique, tactics and physical preparation. Sessions include match-like situations, and we work on mental resilience and concentration. This is the ideal age to prepare for competitive play.

Lessons for adults

Adults

Course details
  • No experience needed

    Beginners

For anyone starting padel or wanting solid fundamentals. You'll learn the grip, the basic strokes (forehand, backhand, volley, lob), movement on court and how to play the glass. We'll walk you through the rules, the basics and the tactics.

  • With match experience

    Advanced

For players with experience who want to raise their level. We focus on refining technique, footwork, reading the game and advanced tactics. We drill match situations, communication between partners, use of the glass and decision-making during rallies. It's an ideal course if you want to start playing tournaments.

Frequently asked questions

  • No. Racket and balls are included in the price of the lesson. Just bring sportswear and shoes for a smooth surface — indoor or tennis shoes are ideal.

  • Not at all. Most of our players start from scratch. Groups are split by level, so there's no risk of holding anyone up.

  • From five. The youngest join the Padel nursery, which is mostly about movement, coordination and enjoying the game.
