Privacy

When you write to us through the form, you're trusting us with a few personal details. Here's what we do with them, without the legalese.

Who processes your data

The controller is Leon Lazarev, who runs Premium Padel Academy. You can reach him at lazarevleon1@gmail.com or on +420 728 414 242.

For anything to do with your data, use those contacts — he handles it himself, there's no department in between.

    What we collect

Only what you fill in on the contact form:

    • Full name — required, so we know how to address you
    • Email — required, that's where we send available times
    • Phone — optional, for when calling is quicker
    • Chosen course — optional
    • Note — optional; what you put in it is up to you

The site collects nothing in the background. We use no analytics, no advertising tools and no tracking cookies, so if you visit without getting in touch, we know nothing about it.

    Why we process it

To answer your enquiry and agree a lesson time. We do nothing else with it — no newsletters, and we never sell it on.

The legal basis is steps taken prior to entering into a contract under Article 6(1)(b) GDPR. Put simply: you ask about lessons, we answer.

      How long we keep it

At most 12 months from our last exchange. If you become a client, 12 months from the end of that work.

You can ask us to delete it at any point before that, and we will.

        Who else sees it

An email service delivers the message from the form, and the site runs on hosting. Both are processors that only carry the data technically and may not use it for their own purposes:

        • Resend (Plus Five Five, Inc.) — delivers the form message to the academy's inbox
        • Vercel Inc. — runs the website; servers are set to Frankfurt, inside the EU
        • Adelphos Studio — technical maintenance of the site

We pass it to no one else. We don't use it for profiling or automated decision-making.

When you're signing up a child

Details about a minor are filled in by their legal guardian. The note only needs their age and any racket-sport experience — we don't need to know more, and we don't ask.

          Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right to:

          • Find out what data we hold about you and get a copy
          • Have it corrected if it's inaccurate
          • Have it erased
          • Restrict processing, or object to it
          • Receive it in a machine-readable form and take it elsewhere

Just write to the contact address above. If we don't put things right, you can complain to the Czech Data Protection Authority (Úřad pro ochranu osobních údajů), Pplk. Sochora 27, 170 00 Prague 7, uoou.gov.cz.

          Cookies

The public site sets no cookies — which is why no consent bar pops up at you. Cookies are used only by the site's admin area, where the academy logs in, and solely to keep that session open.
