We're opening new groups for children and adults. Capacity is limited by the court — we train a maximum of four players per group so the coach has time for everyone.

How it works

Get in touch
Fill in the form or call us. Tell us the player's age and whether they've played padel or another racket sport before.
We'll arrange a trial session
Try a session with no commitment — we'll lend you a racket and balls. You'll see whether the coach and the group suit you.
We'll place you in a group
We'll put you where you'll get the most out of it, based on age and level. Times are arranged around what works for you.

From October to April we train indoors. You book a fixed slot for the whole season — once a week, same time, same group.

Private sessions

1–4 players

The coach costs 800 CZK per hour regardless of how many of you are on court. The court itself is added on top, depending on the time of day.

Training programmes

We work on the whole game — whether you're holding a padel racket for the first time or sharpening technique you already have.

Technical basics
Grip, forehand and backhand, volleys, the lob and the smash.
Court movement
Moving efficiently through the space, footwork and positioning.
Tactics
When to attack, when to defend, how to read your opponent and what actually wins points.
Playing as a pair
Communication, dividing the court and working as a team.
Using the glass
How to turn rebounds off the glass walls to your advantage.
Serve and return
Serving technique and returns that put you back in the rally.

Leon is the Czech champion and a long-standing top-three player; Pavel sits fifth. What they teach, they still play every week themselves.

I've spent years in racket sports — tennis, then squash, and finally padel, which took over completely. That breadth taught me that technique alone isn't enough: feel for the game, tactics and a personal approach to each player matter just as much. My goal is to give you solid fundamentals, move you forward, and above all show you how addictive padel can be.

Pavel Dinh

8+ years in racket sports, 5 years in padel

I started out in tennis, but padel won me over with its pace and the fact that it's a team game. I've coached players at every level, from complete beginners to tournament regulars. My approach is friendly but rigorous — technique matters, and so does how you think on court and how much fun you're having. I also founded the PadelPraha community, now several hundred members strong.
