Who we are

About the academy

We are a modern padel academy founded in 2025, bringing proven training principles from Spain — the sport's heartland.

Our aim is a place where every player improves quickly and efficiently, whether they are starting out or want to lift their technique and tactics to the next level.

Our coaches bring both hands-on experience from international training academies and their own competitive careers. That's why we know how to pass knowledge on — from the basics to the fine detail.

Who you'll train with

Coaches

Leon is the Czech champion and a long-standing top-three player; Pavel sits fifth. What they teach, they still play every week themselves.

Founder and head coach

Leon Lazarev

Certified padel coach, level C

I've spent years in racket sports — tennis, then squash, and finally padel, which took over completely. That breadth taught me that technique alone isn't enough: feel for the game, tactics and a personal approach to each player matter just as much. My goal is to give you solid fundamentals, move you forward, and above all show you how addictive padel can be.

Achievements

  • Czech padel champion, 2026
  • Still competing, long-standing member of the Czech top three
  • Represented the Czech Republic at the European Padel Championships in Madrid (2025)
  • Two-time Czech tennis runner-up
  • Currently a member of the Czech national team

Fluent in Czech, English and Russian.

Pavel Dinh with a padel racket on court

Coach

Pavel Dinh

8+ years in racket sports, 5 years in padel

I started out in tennis, but padel won me over with its pace and the fact that it's a team game. I've coached players at every level, from complete beginners to tournament regulars. My approach is friendly but rigorous — technique matters, and so does how you think on court and how much fun you're having. I also founded the PadelPraha community, now several hundred members strong.

Achievements

  • Still competing, currently fifth in the Czech padel ranking
  • Nominated for the Czech national team
  • Founder of the PadelPraha community, several hundred members

I coach in Czech, English and Vietnamese.
