As often as you like. We build sessions around your schedule and arrange times individually. Train once a week, several times a week, or book intensive blocks — flexibility is a given here.

- Cancelled more than 24 hours ahead — full refund
- Cancelled 12 to 24 hours ahead — 50 % refund
- Cancelled less than 12 hours ahead — no refund
